Abundance, within a transformational context, is best understood as the notion of having more than enough. In this context, we assert that the universe itself is inherently abundant, offering a limitless supply of resources and opportunities. This perspective affirms that all human beings possess unlimited potential to tap into the experience and manifestation of abundance in all aspects of life.
When we fail to perceive abundance manifested in the physical world, it is often due to a limiting belief that we are not enough or deserving of said abundance. Since gratitude is the foundation of abundance, cultivating a practice of gratitude can transform our unconscious limiting beliefs that inhibit the connection between being and having, and giving and receiving.
Abundance is an individual and internal experience and cannot be fully realized by comparing oneself to others, particularly if such comparison is rooted in scarcity, feelings of lack, envy, or the desire to outperform others. Abundance extends beyond material possessions and encompasses wealth, love, and time. However, within the context of personal growth and development, abundance represents an even broader state of being that is in alignment with the abundant nature of the universe.
